Unless a release record states otherwise, the MML text and original visual material are © Mariano Viola. All rights are reserved.

Licences are assigned by class of material rather than by file format. HTML, Markdown, PDF and EPUB may represent the same text and therefore normally carry the same textual rights. Access to a file, including paid access, does not by itself grant permission to train a model, redistribute the material or create a competing dataset.

Third-party sources and datasets remain subject to their original terms. A source may be cited without its underlying dataset being redistributed. Original calculated datasets, code and visualisations will each declare their applicable licence or commercial terms when they are published.

Commercial terms for automated access, AI input, retrieval, training and redistribution are not yet offered through this page. Training is not authorised by default.
