How do I collect your data?
You directly provide most of the data I collect. I collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback on any of my web form or via email.
I also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- Google Analytics: information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, unique client/device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. I also collect information about your usage of my website. For example, I collect information about actions you perform on my website (e.g., page views, button clicks) along with information about your device (e.g., mobile screen size, OS version, browser version).

How will I use your data?
I collect indirectly your data so that I can extract basic usage insights and metrics to improve website contents quality, usage experience and accessibility such as:

How do we store your data?
I securely store your data in my Google Account across Google Data Centers. My Google Account is protected with 2-Step Verification with a limited access to third-party apps and services.
I will keep your emails for 12 months. Once this time period has expired, I will permanently delete your emails from my inboxes. Regarding data I collect with Google Analytics, I set the minimum available retention period of 14 months.
What are your data protection rights?
I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request me for copies of your personal data. I may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request me to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
