A professional path through consulting, digital studios, and product development
My professional path started in ICT consultancy within the public sector, where I worked on complex digital projects in highly structured environments. This early experience shaped my ability to operate within constraints, navigate institutional contexts, and deliver reliable solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
Over the years, I continued my consultancy work within studios and agencies such as Studio Visuale and The Visual Agency, contributing to multidisciplinary projects that combined UX, front-end development, and digital strategy. These contexts required adaptability, close collaboration with clients, and the ability to translate abstract goals into concrete, maintainable digital systems.
At Accurat, I took on a team leadership role, managing project teams and acting as a direct point of contact for clients. In this position, I combined hands-on execution with coordination, decision-making, and responsibility for delivery quality—balancing technical feasibility, design intent, and client expectations.
Since 2023, I’ve been part of Il Fatto Quotidiano, where I contribute to the evolution of the newspaper’s digital ecosystem. I approach internal initiatives with the same consultancy mindset developed throughout my career, treating the organization as a single, complex client. My work includes UX and performance improvements, the integration of editorial verticals, and the development of subscription and community platforms.
Alongside professional roles, I’ve developed independent prototypes and small open-source projects, experimenting with interaction design, data, and product concepts. These initiatives reflect my curiosity as a digital maker and my interest in building thoughtful, sustainable digital products.
At SEIF, I am an individual contributor developing web-based tools, including content websites, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages, optimized to reach new audiences and enhance customer loyalty for various media brands.
At Accurat I co-leaded a team of designers, engineers, and researchers, supporting various Italian and international brands in producing and delivering digital reports, dashboards, apps, and branded content for news outlets, universities, foundations, and venture capital firms.
At The Visual Agency, I delivered a variety of projects, ranging from data-driven stories for traditional media brands to experimental business intelligence dashboards for large enterprise corporations.
At Studio Visuale, I managed the production of digital products, including e-commerce websites, for retail and cultural brands and institutions..
I co-founded the Iperstudio collective, working on projects strategy as well as on UX/UI Design and Front-end Web Development. In this context, we shipped several projects for museums, and cultural foundations collaborating with other individuals, creative agencies, and cultural partners.
At Hic, I contributed to founding, designing, and developing Mapnaut, within the TechPeaks accelerator in Trento. Mapnaut is an application that can be assimilated to a version of Twitter with a geographical basis for the promotion of venues and events.
At the Iuav I graduated with a design thesis on a “social” telephone with a geographical basis and augmented reality within the Interaction Design course held by Gillian Crampton Smith and Philip Tabor.
At the l’Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli I earned a specialization in Communication Design with a thesis on "Basic Interaction Design" under the supervision of Daniela Piscitelli.
At Formez PA, I primarily contributed to supporting the statistical department of Regione Campania. My responsibilities included developing and designing the “new” website, which was launched in 2008 and introduced the Ruby on Rails framework into their stack.
